Health insurance includes medical, vision, dental, prescription medications, life insurance, and short-term disability coverage for only $10 per month on a pre-tax basis.  If desired, dependent insurance is available at the eligible employee’s expense.  Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is free of charge to all permanent employees and their dependents (up to age 26).
