In the Casa Grande Elementary School District Human Resources Department, we blend compassion with collaboration, sprinkle in excellence, uphold integrity, and serve up a mean support system—all to create a destination district. We’re in the business of building a top-notch team where fun meets function and everyone thrives. Our goal? To ensure every hallway echoes with success (and maybe a few good laughs).

We believe in our mission statement, “Success for Every One, the Responsibility is Yours and Mine.” CGESD is a K–8 school district consisting of 13 unique school sites. Each employee is an integral part of our education organization and is responsible for ensuring the success of our 6,500 students and 950 staff members. At CGESD, we are better together!
