    Sign up for a free account online at myschoolbucks.com to view your child's account and meal activity. 

    To receive a refund of your child's lunch account balance, please fill out the attached form below and turn in to your school cafeteria or the Nutrition Services Office. Student Meal Account refunds are processed upon receipt. You will receive your refund in the mail approximately six weeks from your request being processed.

  • As a reminder, your student’s meal account balance automatically carries into the next school year until completion of the 8th grade.

    • Parents/guardians are encouraged monitor your child’s lunch account balance closely. You may do so free of charge at MySchoolBucks.com.
    • If your child will no longer be attending the Casa Grande Elementary School District and has a balance remaining in his/her meal account, parents/guardians are encouraged to request a refund, if you elect to do so.
    • Per the district’s debt policy, any positive balance remaining after one year on an inactive account will become the property of the Casa Grande Elementary School District Department of Nutrition Services. Forfeited money on the account will be used to pay the debt after the end of the school year.  

    To receive a refund of your child's lunch account balance, please fill out the attached form and send it via email to Francisca.Reyes@cgesd.org. If you do not have access to email, please contact our Nutrition Services office at 520-876-3411 to complete the form over the phone. Student Meal Account refunds are processed upon receipt.     Please fill out your child's meal application and turn in to your school cafeteria or the Nutrition Services Office. Meal applications are processed at the Nutrition Services Office upon receipt. You will receive an Eligibility Letter stating your child’s status approximately one week from your application being processed.
