For the academic success of your child, it is imperative for him/her to arrive at school ready to begin on time. When students arrive late they feel unprepared and possibly miss important teacher directions. Instructional time is so critical that we will work diligently to prevent interruptions and delays. Thank you for your help in this area.
Absences

Please contact McCartney Ranch front office directly by phone or in person for any student absences. Before 8:00 am, call our attendance line at 520-876-4235. If you do not have a phone, please send a note with your child when he/she returns to school explaining the absence. If your child has any transportation changes at the end of the day for busing or pick-up, please call the office no later than 1:30 pm. Either an early phone call or a note will allow us to get the message to your child's teacher. If no phone call or note is received, your child goes to their regular destination.
Volunteer

Anyone who wishes to volunteer at McCartney Ranch Elementary School to help out in the classroom with students must complete a volunteer application and be on the approved listing prior to any school activity.
