Almost twenty-one years ago, I started my teaching career right here in Casa Grande as a 5th grade teacher at Cholla Elementary. From there, I moved to 4th grade at Cholla and then decided to embark on a new journey to middle school as a 7th and 8th grade Science teacher at Villago. Upon receiving my master’s in Educational Leadership in 2010, I moved into a Teacher on Assignment position (TOA) at Saguaro Elementary, and five years later I was selected as an Assistant Principal at Casa Grande Middle School where I served for three years. I am so excited about continuing my journey at McCartney Ranch, and I am honored to have been selected to be at such an amazing school almost seven years ago.
Mr. Q and I met on a volleyball team through the college we attended and were married two years later in Colorado. Having both received our degrees in education from Adams State University in Colorado (2005), we then moved to Casa Grande to begin our teaching careers. In 2012 we welcomed our first and only daughter. She continues to find success and enjoy her school journey here in our district.
I grew up in Colorado in the great outdoors, always seeking an adventure, whether it was riding horses and motorcycles, participating in 4-H livestock, water-skiing, or playing sports. I still love the outdoors, I am just not as ‘extreme’ as I once was. However, I do continue to spend ample time doing house projects, taking care of our many animals, and gardening. I also find joy in watching my daughter and nieces/nephews start adventures and activities of their own.
I am dedicated to serving children and watching them discover their desires and talents as they begin and end chapters in life. Faith, family, and education are my priorities. As Dr. Steve Maraboli says, “Happiness is found in the simplest of things. It is found in gratitude, in a kept promise, in a good conversation, in love, in friendship, in an achieved goal, in a fond memory; in all the simple magnificence of life.” I am looking forward to another wonderful and successful school year. Thank you to our parents and community who continue to trust and support our school. Our joined efforts provide opportunities for student achievement.
Brooke Sachack's Biography

Hello, my name is Brooke Sachak, and I am proud to be a MUSTANG! I am your Dean of Students and believe in our motto, Saddle Up for Success! Born and raised in Casa Grande, I have dedicated my life to giving back to our community by teaching the children of Pinal County. I have been in education for 27 years as a teacher, instructional coach, district coordinator, and Dean of Students. I dream of ending my career as a principal, and I am learning and growing in this role to make that dream a reality.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my dogs. I love to travel, read, swim, craft, do DIY projects, and decorate my home. To slow down from the busyness of life, I like to go camping to enjoy the outdoors, the quiet, and, when needed, the cooler weather. I love to paddleboard with my little dog captain, Myko.
