Ms. Sander has been a proud Villago Titan since 2017. She started her career in the Casa Grande Elementary School District in 2004 as a special education teacher at Saguaro. Ms. Sander has had a variety of educational experiences in elementary, middle, and high school general education, as well as special education. Ms. Sander is deeply committed to the students and faculty at Villago. She plans to lead staff and students in maintaining a positive school culture and high expectations for Academic Excellence.

Ms. Sander earned her bachelor’s in elementary and special education from Northern Arizona University, a Master’s in mental health counseling from Argosy, and her Master’s in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.   

Ms. Sander is a proud parent of two boys. She enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her boys and dog in her free time. She loves the Casa Grande community and is excited to make a difference in the Villago students’ lives.
