Villago Middle School Principal Jeff Lavender was given a fond sendoff by staff, students, parents and local dignitaries at a special ceremony at the school on Thursday morning.

Mr. Lavender, who will be taking on the role of interim superintendent of the Casa Grande Union High School District on March 20, was given the honor of being permanently added to Villago's famed “Bee Wall.”
